We got some great flights for you guys!  You arrive in the Caribbean just after lunch on the first day, so you'll have more time than most groups to explore Old San Juan - we usually arrive around 4pm and rush to Fort San Cristobal because last entry is at 5pm, you guys will have time to see both forts!  Even better, you don't need to follow the usual "up before sunrise" routine on the last day - we usually have to catch the first ferry from Vieques back to Puerto Rico to be in the airport in time for a noon flight, instead you guys can catch the later ferry and enjoy a say goodbye to the Caribbean over a relaxed breakfast overlooking the beach.

Connections are an hour in both directions, so even if you see late arrivals there's plenty of time to get to your connecting gate.  On the outbound both gates are in the same terminal in Atlanta, and I suspect the same is true with the inbound gates in Charlotte as we're flying in and out on US Airways.

We will check in at 6am, so please be at the airport at 5:45am so that we have time to go over the process.
